Requirements for Preparing Publication
As part of the publication request process, authors must ensure that their requests meet all of the following criteria. Requests that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.
• This work has not been previously published, nor has it been submitted to another scientific journal for consideration (or there is an explanation of this matter provided to the editorial board in the comments section).
• The submission file is in one of the following formats: OpenOffice or Microsoft Word.
• Where applicable, links to references used in the work have been added (links are to web addresses).
• The text is single-spaced, 12-point font, with italics used instead of underlining (except for link titles), and all figures, tables, and charts are placed within the text rather than collected at the end of the file.
• The author's text is subject to the stylistic and formatting requirements set out in the author's guide found in the journal's introductory text on this website.
Author Guidelines
• Publishing Basics (Publishing Guidelines)
The publishing guidelines for Al-Huda Journal for Applied Sciences are as follows:
(1) Scientific evaluation of paper:
• Publication in this journal is subject to scientific evaluation by accredited experts recognized for their scientific competence in their specific fields of expertise.
• Paper submitted for publication in the journal is subject to scientific evaluation by two referees (experts) selected by the journal.
• The journal refuses to publish Paper that does not follow recognized scientific paper methodology.
• Authors are required to take into account the comments made by experts after evaluating their Paper.
(2) Publication of Paper:
• The journal only publishes original paper that has not been previously published and has not been submitted for publication at the same time in any other scientific journal or scientific conference.
• The Author will be notified of the journal's decision to accept the paper for publication within 30 days of the date of receipt of the paper.
• If the paper is accepted for publication, the Author will be provided with confirmation of acceptance, and the journal will publish it in the next issue ready for publication if the paper meets the above conditions.
• The journal reserves the right to publish the paper according to the editorial board's plan, taking into account technical priorities and the date of submission of the paper.
• All paper published in the journal is the property of the journal, and no other party may republish the paper or publish a translation of it in a book, newspaper, or periodical without the written consent of the editor-in-chief.
• The journal apologizes for not returning paper papers, whether published or not.
(3) Rights and Duties of the Author:
• The journal is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of Authors in accordance with the applicable laws in the Republic of Iraq.
• The paper reflects the views of the Author and does not necessarily represent the views of the journal.
• The Author bears full legal and ethical responsibility in the event of any instance of plagiarism, unacknowledged quotation, or reproduction of content from internet sources without proper use of quotation marks or without complete and accurate citation of the source in the list of references.

Plagiarism Program Name
The paper will be submit to an electronic plagiarism check through using the TURNITIN program. The plagiarism index or percentage must be less than 20%.

The paper submitted to Al-Huda Journal for Applied Sciences for publication is an original paper, written by me (us) with our own efforts, based on the references and sources cited in the text of the paper . It has not been published elsewhere, nor has it been submitted for publication to any other journal while under review by your journal. The paper does not contain any defamatory, derogatory, or contemptuous statements, nor does it violate the personal or intellectual rights of any other natural or legal person.
