Information and Policy on Open Access in the Al-Huda Journal for Applied Sciences (HJAS)

All articles published in HJAS are made immediately and globally available under an open access license. This entails the following:

·         Full-text access to all published articles is free and unrestricted for all users worldwide.

·         Reuse of published material is permitted, provided that proper attribution to the original publication is clearly given.

Author Rights

The journal is committed to safeguarding the intellectual property rights of authors in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq.

·         The content of each article represents the views of the author(s) alone and does not necessarily reflect the position of the journal.

·         Authors bear full legal and ethical responsibility in cases of plagiarism, improper citation, or unacknowledged reuse of materials, including content obtained from online sources without appropriate quotation marks or complete and accurate referencing.

·         All intellectual rights related to the scientific and paper content remain with the author(s), provided the content aligns with the journal’s publishing policies.

Permissions
